Diabetes is a disease where our body does not produce sufficienti nsulin. Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that supports regulate blood sugar levels. When someone has diabetes, their bodies do not answer properly to insulin.

(1) Avoiding sugar
Sugar is a main reason of diabetes. Sugar can conduct to weight gain, high blood pressure, heart disease, and even cancer. If you have diabetes, keep away from eating foods that contain added sugar.
